All group classes (Aligned Fitness, Qigong/TaiChi) are pay per class and designed to go at your own pace. While some activities in the Aligned Fitness classes are more demanding than others, all activities can be modified to suit your (evolving) capabilities. With consistent attendance and practice, it’s not long before alignment and movement principles begin to integrate and free up mental and physical restrictions. And there’s no end to the depth of relaxed, resilient, realigned, transformative potential in our body/mind/breath conditioning.
For your own comfort, new students may want to schedule a private class first before entering a group class. Or, just jump in.
While I don’t have a weekly scheduled class that is strictly Breath/Meditation, we do spend time in every class on breathing and developing a meditative mind. My own preference is to explore Breath/Meditation in private or semi-private classes, or in workshops.
Reiki classes can also be scheduled as privates or semi-privates, or as a workshop.
